Salon Policies

As a courtesy, we will TEXT and confirm your service appointments 5 and 2  business days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments. 

Please send a "c" to confirm your appointment via text message. If you have any questions or concerns when you receive the text please contact us directly at 239-273-7938.

Your appointment is very important to the Balayage Boutique team members as they are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment within a 24 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of your service fees.

A $50 Booking fee is required to secure your appointment.  The fee will be applied toward your services upon your arrival.  In the unlikely event that you cancel or postpone within the 24 hour window, your deposit will be kept.  Booking fees are non-refundable nor transferrable.  

Appointments that are not confirmed within the 24 hour window will be automatically cancelled.
