  If you are not happy with your results, please call/text your stylist directly. Our team will be happy to make small tweaks and adjustments within 2 weeks or less of your hair appointment

*This courtesy is not to be confused with *changing your mind* or trying to "work the system" for free services. If your request is reasonable, we will gladly do all that we can to fix any error in quality. 



Cancellation Policy

 Your appointments are very important to the Balayage Boutique team members. They are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled for and the appointment may be modified.

 The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our Balayage Boutique team members' schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Balayage Boutique policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.  As a courtesy, we will TEXT and confirm your service appointments 5 and 2  business days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments.
